Local One AppCOVID VACCINE AVAILABLE TO LABORERS!!

We are pleased to announce that registration for our exclusive COVID-19 vaccination sites is now open!
Laborers who are current in their dues are welcome to register for a COVID-19 vaccination appointment at either site by using one of the electronic sign-up links below.
Your eligibility to receive the vaccine is determined by public health authorities. At this time, we expect to receive two-dose vaccines (Pfizer or Moderna). Once you are assigned an appointment, you will automatically be assigned another appointment at the same site for your second dose either three or four weeks later, depending upon which vaccine you receive.
For now, these vaccination sites are exclusively for UNION MEMBERS OF THE CHICAGO LABORERS’ DISTRICT COUNCIL AFFILIATED LOCALS, IBEW LOCAL 134 AND PIPEFITTERS LOCAL 597 ONLY and may be opened to spouses and dependents at a later date. You will need to provide your Local Union number, Union membership number and insurance information to register, as well as present proof of Union membership and a photo ID when you arrive for your scheduled appointment. If you are not able to present proof of your Union membership and photo ID, you will not be allowed into the vaccination site.
